This is actually a really good topic and may be I will focus on this in my next GrowthMindset show on Fridays. But the work life balance is very important for longevity and people don’t get burn out. When people work and work more hours than they should and don’t enjoy they get frustrated and lead to other problems. Ideal day in my view for developers is that includes 6 hours of work 1 hr of meetings and 1 hr of learning (daily). Besides that you should focus on growth (both and ) and should be able to spend extra time with family. For example off on anniversaries and holidays and should be able to take maternity leaves. If you have a good work life balance you don’t feel like work is a burden. You’re actually happy when you start your day. I will make this a topic and discuss on my show.
