Tile Animation in Windows phone Inside the App

Question

I am working on App which contain Live tiles Inside the App I am Getting some data from the Server and i am saving that in Some observable collection in that I have some Message Array ,So Now I want to Display All Messages One by one With some time Gap, i go for Hub tiles But Hub tiles displaying only single message
Im trying to Get my app Look Like Below images
