Time difference windows form

Question

I have created a windows form application in c# in which input from user is taken .I want to calculate time spent by user in between two submissions.How can I do that? The buttons are on different windows forms.

You need a static class as below. public static class TimeCalculator { public static Stopwatch counter = new Stopwatch(); } and then utilize this counter in your code in any form to find out the time between submission. If you have started this clock in one form you can check the property IsRunning on another form and either you can access properties or stop it. TimeCalculator.counter.Start(); //your code goes here. TimeCalculator.counter.Stop(); Console.WriteLine(TimeCalculator.counter.ElapsedTicks);
