time managment

i have a project with a time limitation  and 2 options 1. more workers and get it on time 2. more hours a day what is the better option

well as a developer i would say get more man but its gonna cost you in money. as a project manager i would recommend the extra hours since you will have more money to spend for things you forgot about. as a bistaner i belive in bonuses tell the team to work hard and bonus them if possible
