Time stamp mismatch

Hi there!

In my windows application i got a "Request too early" because of time stamp mismatch in my request. My device time and date i set to automatic, so i guess there is no chance of wrong time / date. So need to know what is the process of this time stamp and how it works.

I guess there is no issue with code as it is fine with other device. Can u suggest me where may be the issue pls.
