timer

Question

i attch pic with it where u can see textbox and comobox for managing time
at run time user will enter the time. but i want to automate it. like i digital clock
before it i use date n time picker in display i manage time through formate
but it only pic time when application is run not after that so all the patients have same
time how i can manag this if through timer can u provide code for cock using timer

sorry my aplication is window based and i want a digital clock like we use every day. on button click event when print button is pressed crunt time value will come out on print if time setting option is availabe so very good when we run aplication we can reset time or it pick system time.
