timezone based application

hi sir my application must open at 9am and close at 8pm around world wide based on timezone how is it possible plz send me the logic or code

Create a windows service which keep on running and at 9AM it start the appliacation using Process.Start and WIndows service get stopped . in your application create a timer control which will at 8PM Restart the windows service and close the application Check this is correct answer if it helped/
