tlbimp.exe and Ildasm.exe?

Hello Where are the tlbimp.exe and Ildasm.exe utilities located or can be downloaded from? I have done a search of my computer and they do not seem to be installed. Thanks

Look in Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\FrameworkSDK\Bin you can add this address to your System environment variable path that way you can run them from the command line just by typing the name. Otherwise you first have to to naviatgate to the folder and then invoke the application.
