to add grid and textbox in a single database

hey friends i hav a simple form which consists of 2 textbox and a datagrid i want to andd the both textbox and datagrid to a single table on a button click any one please help me!!!

yes it is possible create a xml string and pass this xml to database where you have to write the sp using xml data type.
