To create a enquiry form and send email with Java script

I want to create a form having field NameMobileEmail query to my email id like ana@gmail.com by click on send button all the things posted in my email . using javascript or either by c#

Either you can use server side button or AJAX concept. As you have mentioned to use Javascript use AJAX.
