To develop a quiz application in winform without use of xml

Hi  I would like to implement quiz application in C# winform without using xml file as data input. I will have data in word document. Can anyone suggest me a solution for this?

User (Teacher) need not to provide the questionnaire in JSON format.. We have to generate a form which should take the question and answers (I assume multiple choice answers). This should be a dynamic form meaning we should have questionnaire template and generate question based on this template. Upon save we could generate JSON from user input. Hope you understand this.. Please let me know if you need more information...

Hi I understood your answer but did not try yet. I would like to make clear that the creation of such a questionnaire should be easy from the Admin perspective. For example if a teacher is preparing a questionnaire for a student teacher cannot prepare everything in json format. So how will that be answered in such a situation??
