Too much transperency in picturebox

Question

Hello well you can see my problem up above. Picturebox is transperant just to the background and doesnt take any attention to the other picturebox. How could I solve this? I mean how could I see the picture of bigger picturebox through smaller picturebox? thank you!

I want to see the painting(#) which is in bigger picturebox when watching through smaller picturebox. Now when watching through smaller's picturebox transperant part i can see just the background although there is another picturebox between it and background picture. Hope you understood now :/
