Hi in 2010 .net i think in build mvc is there but for razor you need to download from microsoft website mvc 3.0 razor for sample example use my blog i am sure it will help you link asp.net mvc 3.0 Regards Bhavik solucky

If you are asking about ASP.NET MVC I think the primary tool is Visual Studio itself. The IDE assists us in creating the Model View and Controller.
