topic on memory Limits in reporting server and its timeout

hi

 

iam binding 30laks records from database and binding to the ssrs report

so iam getting "out of exception memory error" 

i added memory tags and "workingsetminimum"  and "workingsetmaximum" tags

still im getting errors

 

please reply wih solution and how to resolve it
