transfering

hi all i have in my project 3 pages if i want transfer information from page 1 to page 2 i can use either query string or server.transfer() method but how can i move the info from page 2 to page 3 i can not use query string because i have a lot of info to move it and the server.transfer() i can not get the info. from page 1 i hope to help me.

there is alot of ways to do that i advice u to make asearch about asp state management to know the differance between them and which one suitable for your criteria just make a seacrh to know the difference between them

If you need to send the Data or some Information Between two pages then Use the ViewState and HiddenFiled or else if u need through out the Application then There is Seesion object and Application Objects you can use any of them.ASP.NET used to suggest this thing.Thanks

you can use session variables or hidden field to do it. Assign the value to session variables in one page and you can access it in all the pages of your application. say Session[Name] = txtContactName.Text; Now you can use Session[Name] in any page of your application to get the value assigned into it.
