Translation of Website

Question

Hello User Require Dual Language on his Website. i used Globalization and Localization in ASP.NET instead of using Google Website Translator but user says to use http://joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation3_x/frs/?action=FrsReleaseBrowse&frs_package_id=6404 i have no idea what is it ? and i cant find any documentation or other help about this Can anyone tell me ? thanks in advance.

Those are language packs that you can use in your templates. Joomla team has a web environment where you they share more information on this topic please review that here https://community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html. Secondly you will find all of the help there... They also share the installation methods: Go to the Install Languages in the Extension Manager and from there you can easily install the languages that you need to use in your web application.
