my question is how to trim string. example :my string is textbox1=12socnagpur then i want in textbox2 only=nagpur how to do this.sugest me

hi vikas Trim() method is used for removing space. but for you problem u need Split mthod. here. textBox1.text = 12socnagpur; string value = Textbox1.text; string[] values = value. Split(''); textbox1.text = values[2].ToString();
