Type of c# application

Question

HI I am creating a c# application (mangment software) . my databse is located on my compnay server (cpanel) do i create a (application windows form c#) or go with (application web ASP. NET) thanks .

hi i am a Windows Apllication Develpoer in my point of view you need to be create Windows Apllication Using Windows Forms Because it generated only exe file it is easy to maintain and insatll remove easly. Db Does not Affect Your exe Windows Application. Note: Windows Application Fully Based on Backend 80% front end oly 20%.

Hi Inaam if you create a windows application and install on 10 diffrent system then if you make any change in future then you have to install it again on those 10 machines. If you use Web application then in case of any changes you just need to deploy it on iis and all the end users will get updated versions automatically. This helps you in rolling out updates easily.

Location of databse doesnot affect your application.Windows as well as web app both will work in this case.Although i suggest you to develop Web app as it will be easier to maintain than Windows app. but make sure that the network where application is going to run can access the network where the DB is located.
