Typed Dataset - Access Table Adapters

Question

I have created a typed dataset but I cant seem to access the table adapters that it automatically creates. I can access the dataset and tables but not this. Can anyone advise how I would do this?

Matthew I agree that TableAdapters are not adequately documented; it can be frustrating.

Can you see what is the namespace is present in the *.designer.cs file. ? For me I am getting namespace like WindowsFormsApplication1.DataSet1TableAdapters Please chceck the *.designer.cs file. Hope this helps you.

Problem solved. I did a search through the solution for the name of the adapter and found that the correct namespace was AutoClaim.Data.AutoClaimDataSetTableAdapters and not just AutoClaimDataSetTableAdapters.

This doesn't really explain my problem. I know how to use the tableadapter but I cant create a new instance of the tableadapters. From looking at tutorials if my data set is called AutoClaimDataSet then I would add a using directive using AutoClaimDataSetTableAdapters and then I would be able to access them but I get an error saying that the namespace doesnt exist.
