Unable to build solution in VS 2010

Question

We are working on cube reports ( Analysis Services) in Visual Studio. We have a .bim file with xml statements.
The file opens with Visual Studio 2010 but when trying to build solution, we get the following error:

"Cannot build Model.asdatabase. Reason:Database Definition invalid. Deserilization failed. The 'Annotation' element in 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/analysisservices/2003/engine' namespace is unexpected"

Could you please help in recognizing what does the error mean?
