Unable to delete file/image from SharePoint Site

Question

When i try to delete the file added in site it shows following error The server has encountered the following error(s): ceo-message-new.jpg Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904 where even i have a site owner (full control)

Even i have Farm Administrator Privillages
