Unable to imports the System.Speech namespace.

Question

Hi Dude i have tried to develope the Speech recognition applications. i have downloaded the few sample from net and try to run the applications in my local computer. Its not work it out. all they were using the Imports System.Speechnamespace. but in my computer does not have this namespace. so that the error ir shown i think. i am using VS 2005. Is it possible to develop the speech recognition in this version? If yes how should i imports the Speech namespace in my applications. please help me to learn this section. please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi Friend Hi i have successfully downloaded and installed the Speech Sdk 5.1. Thank you very much. now i am using vs 2008. i need sample speech application. can you able to help me?. actually what i am trying to achieve when we run the application if we tell anything application has to follow what we said. Is it possible? how can i do it? please help me....................... Thank you.

Friend its Something Issue With your OS or that Exe File becase they works fine in my machine can you check those exes in Other Machine if you have one and let me know what happens :)

Hi Redownload The 4th File and Try Again because causes of your problem may be File is corrupt bad or missing. File is not designed for your version of Windows. File is a virus worm or other malware file. Hardware incompatibility. Tell me What Windows you are Using ?

Hi i have downloaded 1 3 and 4th. i have installed 1 and 3 setup but when i try to install the 4th one (SpeechSDK51.exe). i am unable to install this exe. when i try to install that exe  the message box shown like this SpeechSDK51 is not valid Win32 application and installation stopped. please let me know what should i do this issue? Thank you.

Hi dude i have installed the VS 2008. and tried to develope the Speech recoginition application. i have got the error message. i have shown that error in below. An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Speech Recognition is not available on this system. SAPI and Speech Recognition engines cannot be found. Please let me know what should i do overcome this error message. Thank you.

Friend  The System.Speech is Available in Frame Work 3.0/3.5(Visual Studio 2008) only in 2005 You Have to Use SpeechLib (below Library) Then You can Use in vb.net Imports SpeechLib or in C# using SpeechLib if Still Having Problem Then Download Speech Development SDK and Install It Download it From Here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=5e86ec97-40a7-453f-b0ee-6583171b4530&displaylang=en

Here is Solution to your Problem You Need to Follow Two Steps First Then you can Use Speech Step 1: Step 2 then You Can use in Vb.net Imports System.Speech or in C# using System.Speech;
