Unable to login in ASP.NET based website on Windows Server 2008 R2

Question

I'm using Windows Server 2008 R2 after XP experience. In my one of the website when I enter the login name and password the login page is just simply refreshed and the entered login name and password disappear as if nothing had ever been entered. Have you ever heard of other users getting this kind of problem?

When I recover password, in email same password available. I am using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome but both has this difficulties. In my another XP OS PC everything is good. I think no any browser based issue because today in the morning Chrome appears good to me and I worked on that site. After 1-3 hrs Chrome and even Internet exp. both strange me.

Solution for this ask: Please read the Microsoft Technet release news: here ASP.NET Applications that run in a partial trust scenario (such as hosted ASP.NET sites) and use the Entity Framework to query a database will fail with a security exception. There is no workaround at this time. This issue affects Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and Windows Server 2008 R2 for Itanium-Based Systems. Any ASP.NET applications that connect to SQL Server Express user instances will fail and receive an error. To correct this first open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager and select the Load User Profile check box for the affected application pool. If the issue persists edit the application pool so that it uses the Network Services account.

i tried this many times but no use. even i cleared all history and cookies restored the default for all internet settings but can't. no firewall issue even. once upon a time when i was working on vista the same issue comes out (about 1st month worked fine but in next month raised this issue) and now with win server 2008. another computer here with me having xp prof. installed and working charm. i'm using avg internet security. really new issue for me. any idea?
