unable to login to sqlserver 2005

If problem not resolve then try this. please refer to the following steps: 1. Login to the MSSQL Server Management Studio with Windows Authentication. 2. In SQL Server Management Studio Object Explorer right-click the server and then click Properties. 3. Under the Server Properties select a page of Security. 4. Select the Server authentication as  SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode  and click Ok. 5. Restart the SQL Services and then try to login with 'sa' details. Hope this will help you....

1) Open SQL Server Configuration Manager 2) Expand SQL Server 2005 Network configuration 3) Right click on Protocols and then click on Properties 4) Set Force Encryption To No and then click OK Also disable VIA protocol on the Network Protocols section of SQL Server Configuration Manager. After all this changes restart MSSQLSERVER and try to logon again. Hope this helps.
