Unsigned data type

When it comes to float double and decimal data types there are no unsigned data types. Please explain the reason.

The basic C# numeric types mirror to a large extent the corresponding types in C/C++ except that the latter don't have a decimal type. In those languages there's no unsigned float or double types either. The probable reason is that it's just not worthwhile having unsigned floating point types. These types already have a very large range compared to integers and using the sign bit to double that range would have little practical value.
