Update datagridview

Question

Hello everyone I insert the datagridview control and I link it with a datasource but I stuck to the update with this datagridview when inserting new line in database?

Then Create an object of DataGridViewRow and Add data to that row and when you insert modify DataGridViewAlso :)

but the dataGridview which i inserted is related with datasource graphically and with Table Adapter.
