Updating OleDb database

Question

Hi please i use MS Access to build my database.I have table it's name is "family",and contains four fields (id,firstname,lastname,age),and "id" is a primary key. So how i can insert a new row in this table from my C# program.. Thanks

Assuming the field names are id field1 field2 and field3 and their types are text int and float respectively your SQL statement might look something like this. insert into family ( field1 field2 field3 ) values ( 'value1' 34 3.14 ); If the field types are not string types the values would not have quotations of course. Execute the SQL statement and the new row will appear in your database.
