upload download and delete a video using asp.net in c#

hi friends 1) please help in uploading  downloading deleting and playing a video in asp.net using c#. 2) the uploaded video should be saved in sql database 3) all the uploaded videos are to shown in table or grid view for playing . thanks in advance
