Upload files from folder to Moss 2007 with check

i have a folder with sub folder
structure
main folder sub
sharepoint ----test1 , test 2
so i have a site with two sub sites test1,test2
so the files in test1 folder must be uploaded to test 1 subsite
and files in test 2 must be copied to test 2 subsite
can any one provide link or code to this requirment...
