Upload Multiple files via File Upload Control in ListForms

Question

Hi All I need to upload files along with metadata from SharePoint ListForms ( NewForm.aspx and EditForm.aspx) to Document Library. I need to achieve this using CSOM. Please let me know if any alternative approaches to achieve the same. Your help is appreciated in advance.
