Upload the database to the web site domain

Question

My web site is running live but the database does not. Where i post the *.mdf database.currently it is in App_Data folder.
and a copy is posted in the Data folder of the site. and the site is posted in the wwwroot folder.

Thanks But this link did not help me. My Site is running perfectly without database. i want to run it with database SQL 2005. It is in ASP.NET 3.5 Suggest me anything else.
