I want to make a new WebApplication(Shooping Cart website).I download a template but i doesnot now how to use it in VS

just copy the same html code to master page and proceed..... follow this link for creating a master page : http://www.webmonkey.com/2010/02/use_master_pages_in_asp/ if any problem reply or send your template we will convert it to asp .net

just copy paste html code and also include the css and other things in your ptoject.
