url mixed up with apps

when i click an url in my mail it does not go to the web page a windows box appears saying there is no app.i just want to go to the webpage

the url is correct because I can cut and paste it and it goes to the page. but when I click on it in my email windows store is looking for an app to open the url even though the url is not an app

Hi I do not clearly understand you problem. But your problem is you cannot access your URL from you mail body correct me? It might possible your URL is wrong.
