URL Rewriting Issue

Hi,
     I got problem in doing URL Rewriting. I am using Windows 7-64 Bit ultimate, IIS-7 , framework 2.0 ,FormRewriter.cs 
    
Please help with what are the settings need to do for mapping in IIS
