How i detect my usb webcam through C# and how i get the video or image from it. Please help me. Thank you!

oh sorry! i forget to mention about that. I want to do it with windows form. Would you think XNA is better? i have no idea about it. i just want to start a image project . Our senior made it with matlab but i want to use C# (window base application). If you prefer xna can u give me few more link from where i get little bit concept. Thank you so much! :)

What kind of application is it? Windows Forms WPF Silverlight pure ASP.NET? Silverlight and XNA comes with a WebCam control class. See right side listing of this post. To use in other application types you have to use some kind of control. For example Adobe Flash Player I think has a feature that can capture photos and videos. I have not done this in Windows Forms or WPF so not sure. Cheers!
