User Based Web page Theme,Background color (Dynamic)

Question

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to set the website's theme based on user's choice.The theme like website's background  color, logo picture etc .There should have an interface where can user can change their page/portal's theme,background color,font color...

 

Please share any ideas ..
