user control as a server web control

Question

hi  i have a user control  i want to do something to hide it's .cs and .ascx files both from developers. i want to send them to my developers to use it as a package not seeing it's code behind and interface . i can hide .cs only by using it's dll attached to the website . my problem is .ascx file and packaging it . can i make something like server web control from my user control . please help me  thank you .
