User control for calender control in windows application

Question

Hi.......... In my windows application I need a calender user control which popsup on wen a button is clicked and fills the selected date on a text box near the button.

Only 2 ways are there. Choose the bette one urself. 1. Display the DOB and DOJ control in left and right side (in 2 columns) or 2. Make the Bring to front first for the DOJ control and then the top calender control (DOB). Please find the attached code.

Hiiiii Its works fine when there is only one date control. Bt if there r 2 date control nearby and given Bring to front on both then one wil b over the other. Attached the sample apln here. thanku diya

1. Right click the calender control from frmTest.cs [Design] and click Bring to front 2. Set AutoSize to true for the calender control properties in design mode (frmTest.cs [Design] ) 3. Pls ensure surely do u need monthCalendarDate_DateChanged event. (If yes pls invisible the calender accordingly) If u want only do the functionality when the user selects the date from calender control use monthCalendarDate_DateSelected event. Hi Thanks for ur reply Try to place a few control near the user control in a form and run u can see that calender wil me over those controls and is not fully visible Plz... see this attachment

I don't know what u mean by large space. It's exactly same as ur requirement. Usercontrol has textbox and image button control. When u click on the button it will open a calendar popup. Once the user selects the date will update that text box with the selected value. See attachement.

Hi.. thanks for ur reply....... bt this one is a big usercontrol..... we cant use it in application ... it wil took a large space... Can u find one in which calender popsup on click only.... thanku diya
