User login and Registration and Access Roles in Asp.Net MVC

Question

Hello ,
I am Newbie for Asp.Net MVC , Can Any one Help me out for my Problems
1.How To Develop User Login and Registration and User Access Roles in Page using Normalized Database table in Asp.Net MVC
2.How to give the Permission if "ADMIN" Login Displayed All Modules and If "USERS" Login Responsive pages only Displayed in Project.

Kindly help me out for this problem , I am done all modules with out User Management , now i am stuck here..

If Any Reference link or step by step tutorials are better solution for me
