Using a context menu to copy text from a list view.

Question

I am trying to get text in a row of a list view to copy to the Windows clipboard so that the data that is in the list view can be pasted to something else like a Word document. I have created the context menu that I want but I can't get it to copy the text. How can I get my 'copy' in my context menu to copy the text into the clipboard? How would I program the copy?
