Using downloaded files

Question

Hello ASP.Net Newbiw here I have downloaded a solution from the web called Generic Parser (for reading csv files). I cannot work out how to make the source code available to my project. Apologies if I am missing something very basic but I am just learning. Many thanks Ray Sutherland
