Using hijri date in computer work with georgian date

Question

I need to using hijri date in windows application c# 2008 but setting in my computer control panel is made by georgian date
i need to using hijri date in control as datetimepicker
How to use hijri date in datetimepicker control
and are sql server 2005 will accept this.
this formate what i need in date --/--/----
in formate dd/mm/yyyy 19/05/1435(hijri date)
