USING RADIO BUTTON IN FORMS

FORM 1: CONTAINS 1COMMAND BUTTON & 4 RADIO BUTTON I WANT TO CHECK WHICH RADIO BUTTON IS CHECKED. thanks. u solve my problem. i got my mistake i check radiobutton but i do not define what property of radiobutton i want to check.

Use a Select Case block with True Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click Dim radnum As Integer Select Case True Case RadioButton1.Checked radnum = 1 Case RadioButton2.Checked radnum = 2 Case RadioButton3.Checked radnum = 3 Case RadioButton4.Checked radnum = 4 End Select Label1.Text = Radio Button #  & CStr(radnum) &  is checked. first of all you have to make sure that all of your radio buttons are in a radio group that way the user can only select one. Second of all all radio buttons and checkboxes have a Checked property which indicated whether or not that radio button/checkbox is checked. So in your code you should have if opt_dec.checked = true or for the sake of efficient code just If opt_dec.checked.
