Using Silverlight4 I have Checkbox In silverlight Form When i Checked the CheckBox and click button The bool Value of 'True' will be stored in database

Hi In your previous post we have replied about database connection using WCF. So you can use the same. For bool value try this checkBox1.IsSelected.ToString(). store this value to database. To apply this value back to xaml you need to use Converter option in Binding.
