using stored procedure in asp.net

Hi Please help. I got one article for the subject i mentioned above from this site but that is not sufficient for me.. I want some articles or tutorial which can give me knowledge how we can use stored procedure in asp.net like updatingdeletingmanipulate tables using stored procedure.. Hope u guys r getting what i am asking.. Please share that with me.. i need it.. Thanks
