Using tbxEmailAddress to display Last Name First Name in a listbox

Question

Hello I need lots of help!!! So the user inputs an email address in a textbox which I then interpret this email address into a LastN ame.FirstName@whatever.com . So I'm supposed to display the users Last Name First Name in a listbox. Can someone help me PLEASE?
