File should have only 1 sheet and no hidden sheets.. And error Message:File contain one more sheets other than specific sheets. Please reply ASAP

only 1 excel sheet acceptableupload time..if there is one more sheet in one workbook then show error message..

Hi Use Excel.Workbook and then you can use the Workbook.Sheets.Count() in a for or while loop.
