I am looking for a testing tool to apply white box/clear box testing on a system written in VB .Net Also it might be helpful to find one for VB 6.0 program code... Thanks in advance Okan

You should take a look at NUnit for unit testing. You can write your test cases in C# or VB.NET. Try Testing section of this site to read more about NUnit.
