To be totally platform independent and use at least a bit of the code you already have you would have to make your vb.net work as a web application. Then the whole new area of expertise opens before you because there are multiple frameworks for mobile applications. Or if the application is simple enough you can make it work without a framework. Any way start from creating a webapp from what you have
