@ Ruchi Mishra Value Contains the unit of measurement currently represented by the position of the scroll bar . This is an integer value and the constraints of the range are set by the Min and Max properties. The Value property can be edited at run or design time . LargeChange This has a default value of 1 and a maximum value of 32767 . The LargeChange Value determines the number of units the elevator box will move when the users drags the area between the box and the arrows SmallChange This determines the movement of the scroll bar according to the movement of the arrows at the top and bottom of the scroll bars. Normally the Value property decreases to the minimum value of Min and increases to the maximum value of the Max property. Again this is an integer value which has the default Value of 1 and a maximum value of 32767. Min This sets the minimum value for the scroll bars setting. This property will be used to set the minimum constraint for the Value property. The default value is 0. However uses 2 bytes of storage therefore can hold any value between -32768 to +32768 . Max This sets the maximum value for the scroll bars setting. This property will be used to set the maximum constraint for the Value property. The default value is 0.
